ABOUT THOMAS BARBEAU Mr.
Barbeau is a 1981 graduate of the University of Minnesota College of Architecture and Landscape Architecture. Over his 28
years in practice he has gained extensive experience in the design and construction of commercial and residential architecture
and interiors projects serving as team leader and primary client contact. Significant expertise in construction specifications,
engineering coordination and review, production scheduling, and bidding and construction contract administration for past
projects of up to $20 million construction cost. As
a motivator and manager of diverse project teams, Mr. Barbeau is skilled in achieving targeted outcomes while meeting
balanced, predictable budgetary expectations. He is an efficient and talented designer with a proven track record of bringing
in projects on-time and on-budget.
He will provide your team with significant
expertise in design-build, build-to-suit and turnkey tenant design & build-outs, including mixed-use, multi-family housing,
retail shops, offices, industrial and manufacturing facilities, restaurants, automotive and parking structures, daycare and
educational occupancies.
An experienced site planner and presenter
for both urban and suburban sites, Mr. Barbeau is skilled in negotiating complex site planning conditions and constraints
with private entities and governmental jurisdictions and gaining necessary approvals. Extensive contacts in all major areas of design and construction, including
engineering professionals, building officials, construction professionals, specialty sub–contractors, vendors and manufacturers.
